Plumeria

Poetry about Plumeria's beauty and fragrance.

In lands where sun-kissed breezes play, A dance of petals, fragrant and bright, Plumerias bloom in the soft daylight.

Petals like silk, a delicate hue, Whispers of dawn in morning dew, Clusters of beauty, a tropical dream, In the moon's embrace, a silvered gleam.

Amidst the foliage, a verdant sea, Plumerias sway in a symphony, Their fragrance lingers in the air, A sweet embrace, beyond compare.

Plumerias whisper tales to tell, Of distant shores and ocean's swells, A fragrant dance that lingers long.

Petals unfurl, like hands reaching high, To touch the canvas of a Hawaiian sky, Each blossom tells a story untold, In the language of petals, secrets unfold.

Golden centers, like the heart's desire, Ignite the senses, a fervent fire, In every bloom, a love affair, With nature's grace, beyond compare.

Plumerias, oh, exotic muse, In your presence, time will lose, A fleeting moment, a timeless trance, In the dance of plumerias, life's romance.

This isn't the first time I had written about plumerias. This is one of my favorite flowers and scents. In Australia, these are called Frangipani. Just remember if she is wearing the flower over her left ear, she is taken.
