Underwater Poetry
Snorkeling in Maui a poem about the watery domain.

In depths unknown where illusions wane,
Beneath the surface, a watery domain.
Light dances around playing tricks on my mind.
Underneath lies a realm untocuhed, a hidden shrine,
Where shadows dance in depths divine.
In an aznure would where corals bloom,
And these sunbeams pierce the watery gloom,
A symphony of colors, vibrant and bold,
A canvas of life, a tale yet untold.
Gently drifting, I become enshrined,
A witness to nature's grand design,
With every kick, my spirit takes flight,
In this kingdom beneath, an endless delight.
This picture was taken at Polo Beach in Maui from a GoPro.
This beach actually became one of my favorite beaches to snorkel, body board, and hang out with friends. The slow out sloping sand was perfect with the sea turtle rock walls tothe right as you went out into the water. This poem and poetry is not finished but is a start.
